Hi, I'm Dr. Kathleen Mahannah ND

I am a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in women’s health and hormones, practicing in North Vancouver, BC.  Ever since I graduated from Naturopathic Medical School, I have focussed my practice almost entirely in women’s health, hormones, bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT) and fertility. 


I have a passion for working with women and their hormones because I know what it’s like to feel confused and frustrated trying to navigate the medical system seeking answers to hormone-related concerns. As a young female varsity student-athlete, I experienced my own host of unusual and debilitating hormone symptoms all at once. After months of tests and seeing many specialists, the solution I was repeatedly given was to “go on the pill.”

Going on the pill felt like a band-aid solution to me, and didn't answer the question "why is this happening to me?"  So, and I made it my mission to answer this question.


Fast forward 12+ years, and now I work almost exclusively in helping women like you understand how to listen to your body, identify the root cause of your hormone imbalance, while teaching the little-known Pillars of Hormone Health.  Now, I teach women how use the best of both natural and modern medicine to balance hormones, and restore your vibrant energy.
